1.Asthma(In majority of cases)
2.Proximal Bronchiectasis: Inner 2/3rd in CT chest
3.Posistive skin test two an extract if Aspergillus fumigatus
4.Eleveted Total serum IgE level more than 1000ng/ml
5.eveted Aspergillus fumigatus specific IgE or IgG
6.Peripheral eosinophilia: Eosinophils more than 0.5×10⁹//L
7.Presence or history of chest xary Abnormality such as lobar collapse in a asthmatic patient when asthma is controlled
8.Fungal hyphae of Aspergillus fumigatus on microscopic examination of sputum.
