***Bartter's,Gitelman's and Liddle's Syndrome***
* Generally Features of Bartter's Syndrome is as Feature of Loop Dieuretics use and features of Gitelman's Syndrome is as Features of Thiazide Diuretics use.
* Blood Pressure: In Liddle's Syndrome there is High blood pressure But in Gitelman's Syndrome Blood pressure remains normal and in Bartter's Blood pressure may be normal or low in comparison to general population.
* Age: Liddle's Syndrome affect generally in Childhood, Bartter's syndrome in infancy in early adulthood Gitelman's Syndrome.
*Potassium: In each three condition there is hypokslemia.But there is mild hypokalemia in Liddle's Syndrome and in Gitelman's Syndrome hypokalemia ranges from 2-3 mmol/L and may be asymptomatic.
*Alkalosis: Mild metabolic Alkalosis in all three
*Magnesium: In Liddle's level of Magnesium in blood is normal,In Gitelman it usually decreased but Bartter it may low or normal.
*Aldosterone and Renin: In Liddle's Aldosterone and Renin decreases but in other two opposite occurs.
*Urinary Prostaglandin E2: It is increased only Bartter's Syndrome but in other two it is ok.
